Lavender Town Syndrome

I like to think of Terri (and maybe occasionally Terry) as someone who would play Pokemon. ^^

This is based off the urban legend of Lavender Town, one of the towns you pass through during your Pokemon journey if Pokemon Red/Green or Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen.  It is said that the music in Lavender Town was so sharp and piercing, it caused many kids to fall ill and some even committed suicide.

Even though that is just a legend, Lavender Town and the music is still pretty creepy…
